Vaughan

Tom retired from the Air Force in 2002 with specialties in Physical and Personnel Security.

He entered the Civil Service and has held positions with the Air Force, Army, Defense Security Service and the Defense Contract Audit Agency.  He has earned several DoD security certifications and became a multidisciplinary Subject Matter Expert in matters of Information, Physical, and Industrial Security.

Mr. Vaughan regularly trains Facility Security Officers to ensure personnel can operate in a classified environment and maintain facility clearances and personal security clearances as related to NISPOM compliance.  As a Security Officer, he acts as an advisor to board members, senior management and investigators regarding domestic and international security matters.  He has over 10 years of experience in conducting security assessments at cleared contractor facilities and within DoD agencies and military units.
